This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from PuzzleBook.Store.

Digital Products

All products sold on PuzzleBook.Store are digital downloads (PDFs and printable files).

Under UK consumer law, digital content is not automatically entitled to a refund once downloading or access has begun, provided that:

  • You have given consent for immediate delivery, and

  • You acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once delivery begins

By purchasing from PuzzleBook.Store, you agree to this.

Faulty or Defective Content

If a digital product is:

  • Corrupted

  • Incomplete

  • Not as described

Please contact us through the website contact form. We may offer:

  • A replacement file, or

  • A refund where legally required

  • All refund requests for defective products are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Proof may be requested where appropriate

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to use or download files

  • Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on request.
